Information we collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, and the content of your message. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and we do not collect any other personal data automatically.
How we use it, and the legal basis
We use this data solely to receive and respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. Our legal bases under the GDPR are Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.
Sharing and processors
Your submission is processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which receives the form data and forwards it to us by email. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties. Formspree's processing of your data is governed by its privacy policy (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
International transfers
Because Formspree operates in the United States, your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Formspree safeguards that transfer through the Standard Contractual Clauses and its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts and assets
This website self-hosts its fonts and stylesheets, so loading a page does not transmit your data to any third party.
Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. We do not maintain a marketing contact database.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.
